This book draws out a research project, exploring the process of becoming ourself - in that overcoming ourself over and over again. Growing towards, only to leave this shape once we have arrived. To live means to move. Means constant change. Leaning into this death constantly, skinning and moving towards the unknown. And that scares the hell out of many of us. Longing for a place of certainty, of solidity, of knowing. A place of home, belonging, of unity.

Our Album-Debut after two years of research. We want to invite you to explore. In this we will search for the momentum of metamorphosis within
human existence. How we move between creation and annihilation.
What you will hear is not music. It’s more like eating. An experience. Taking you into a new environment. Outside and within. I invite you to have your eyes, your ears and your heart wide open. The music shall open a window for you, letting in a breeze that will accompany you, inviting you to inhabit what you are experiencing, how this echoes in your world. That is essential.
It takes trust, and it’s hard to trust. It is hard to put something from my heart in your hand for you to look at. And hard for you to let something unknown enter your world.
But it is there, in the own experience, where art happens. Between that which I have worked on to experienced and your presence with it. Two worlds meet. In this between something novel emerges, different from its component parts. By looking at that with curiosity and interest, our sight widens. That’s how art can make us grow.
